My Daughter the Teenage Nudist 是由英國第四頻道攝製的記錄片，於 2012 年 1 月 12 日於英國首播。內容從社交網絡推動的新一代年輕裸族 Mollie 和 Alex 而起。探討他們如何嘗試令天體正常化，質疑現代媒體對自以為是的人體準則的執著。希望新一代能借天體運動把自己解放出來。需說新一代裸族很願意走出傳統天體會的框框，但為何他們那麼樂意接受天體文化？父母又如何看他們呢？

My Daughter the Teenage Nudist is a television documentary aired on Channel 4 in UK on 12-January-2012. Mollie and Alex are part of a growing group of teens and twenty somethings embracing the world of public nudity - a contemporary phenomenon that's been driven by social networking sites such as Facebook as well as niche websites like Naked Vegan Cooking.
They are on a quest to normalise nudity, question the media's obsession with the body beautiful, and encourage other young people to liberate themselves by simply going naked - in the streets, in cafes or at art shows.
The new nudists are keen to take the nudist lifestyle beyond the old fashioned naturist clubs. So why is this pastime increasing in popularity and what do the parents think about their child revealing all in the most public of places?

今次和大家介紹的，是在 2011 年 9 月才在泰國 芭提雅開業的 Chan Resort. 在這裡過了幾天全時裸體，一絲不掛的生活，感覺是超棒的！
在這裏要警告一下大家，泳池旁的地磚真是超勁滑！濕了腳在上走動，必會滑倒，敬請特別小心！
A word of warning. Floor tiles around swimming pool is super slippery! Be extra careful if your feet is wet!

10-Feb-12:Chan Resort 表示現正尋求泳池磚濕滑的解決方法。Received word from Chan Resort, saying they are working on the floor tile problem.
11-Jun-12: 有在新加坡的裸族朋友回報， Chan Resort 在泰國長假期/本土節日期間會開放給本地人租住，令同時入住的裸族朋友未能天體盡興。大家定房時要多加留意。Received words from Singapore nudist friend, saying Chan Resort will open to local families during special Thailand festival/holiday. Chan Resort will not allow nude activity at that time. Please check when you book your room.
位置上，Chan Resort 是在芭提雅南遠離遊客區的 Thappraya Road 第十五巷內，自然較清淨。從巷口直入，步行約五分鐘，見分叉口再直行約三分鐘便是。小心巷內沒什麼照明，夜間頗是昏暗，有需要的朋友請自備手電筒。巷口處有酒吧、餐館，也可乘 Songthaews 直達 Jomtien Bay，Walking Street 及 Beach Road 等遊客旺區。
Chan Resort is located inside Soi 15 of Thappraya Road away from tourist districts. To reach the resort, you just walk straight ahead from alley entrance for about 10 minutes, passing any intersections you come across. The alley is poorly lid at night and you will feel safer with a torch in hand. Bar and restaurant can be find near alley entrance and you can take a Songthaews to reach tourist areas such as Jomtien Bay, Walking Street and Beach Road with ease.
旅館本身其實很細小，只有一個泳池及依池而建的兩座小樓，提供十三間客房。每間客房也有露台/前庭，大床、衞生間、電冰箱、電視、WiFi 等基本設施。
The resort is rather small scaled. There is a swimming pool and two building blocks built around it, providing an reception desk, dining area and 13 rooms. Each room comes with its own balcony/patio, double bed, toilet and shower, refrigerator, television, etc.
往客房的走廊，十分開陽，在這裡裸體走動，是有機會被途人或鄰近旅館 Sugar Beat Resort 的人看到。事實上，我便數次看見房務員，只是他們都是忙著，沒有望過來我這處。
The corridors leading to guest rooms are rather “open” and can be seen by pedestrians and guests in neighboring Sugar Beat Resort. In fact, I saw their cleansing ladies several times during my stay, but they were busy and not looking at my direction.
小樓天台是可供旅客裸曬的 sun deck，只是看來還未完工，什麼也沒有，現時在這裡日光浴是蠻辛苦的。天台離鄰近高樓有一定距離，害羞的朋友大可放心。
The roof was meant to be a sun deck but it looks unfinished -- lighting has yet to be install and there are no fixtures. Sunbathing on the roof at this point would not be enjoyable. Fortunately, there is considerable distance to nearest high rise, so privacy is not an issue.
房間 A1，A2，B1 和 B2 全是面向另一座小樓，不但全無景觀可言，還向著接待處/樓梯，害羞的朋友要小心啊！哈哈！房間 A3，A4 和 A5 全是池伴房，跨過前庭的小矮牆便可直達泳池，但我總不明白為何不開一扇小門方便一下？至於一樓的房間 B3，B4 和 B5 便是全向對街的 Phanon Resort. 但因 Phanon Resort 只有一層，所以問題不大。剩下來的房間 C1，C2 和 C3 全向隔壁的廢地，暫時也沒多大問題。
Rooms A1, A2, B1 and B2 are all facing the other building block, having no view at all. If you are shy, you may feel uncomfortable having your room directly facing reception / staircase. Rooms A3, A4 and A5 are all pool side rooms, just scale the patio wall and you will have direct access to the pool. What puzzles me is why they do not install a small gate to allow easy access? 1/F rooms B3, B4 and B5 are all facing Phanon Resort across the street. Fortunately, Phanon Resort is most 1 storey bungalows, so there won’t be any major problem. The remaining 1/F rooms C1, C2 and C3 all faces an undeveloped piece of land next door.
用餐方面，貪方便的朋友可在旅館內用餐，雖然價錢合理，但選擇不多。用餐區就在接待處旁，會被新入住的客人看見你裸體用餐啊！嘻嘻！在用餐區旁設有冷、熱水，餅乾，即沖咖啡等，全日供應。如夜半未眠，在這裡閒一下也是不錯的呢。
You can dine in the dinning area besides the reception desk. Reasonably priced food can be order from 7am to 8pm. Although choice is limited, It will be perfect in rainy days or you simply feel too lazy to take the trip to restaurant. A small self service counter is open all day with crackers, hot water, instant coffee, etc. I found this is the perfect spot to wind down after a long day and chat with other guests.

近日每天也看到日本東北大地震及海嘯的新聞，很自然回想起在08年到仙台市及周邊旅遊的情景。特別之處，是找到了一家有男女同浴溫泉的溫泉酒店 – 岩松旅館，只是這次地震看來也破壞了酒店一些設施，好像要閉館維修。
要往岩松旅館，可從仙台市的JR仙台站乘仙山線至作並站下車，再轉乘酒店接送車便可。乘坐仙山線要緊記查核清楚時間表，因每小時只有一班列車會停作並站，弄錯了便會很費時。建議予約日遊套餐，已包括接送、客房、午餐及泡湯，下午還可順道到山形縣一遊。
混浴部份是搭建在戶外的露天溫泉，位處廣瀨川旁，環境真的很美，很清淨。請注意先在客房沖身後才前往，因為露天部份是沒設沖身設施的。當日還有一對年老夫婦和兩位中年男士。大家裸著、坐著、泡著，氣氛和諧。
在這裏祝願災民可早日重建家園。

泰國是一個宗教氣氛很濃厚的國家，和部分亞洲國家一樣，一向視裸體為禁忌。但為著旅遊業的收益，對外國遊客個別的天體行為，一般都是「視而不見」。近年還開始出現迎合裸族的小型渡假村，讓崇尚自然的老外可以享受有限度的天體空間。與此同時，一群旅居泰國的外籍人仕，也開始組織起來，推動當地的天體運動。今次我便是和朋友參加了泰國一個天體會的年度聚會。
           當初，聚會地點是定在華欣附近的一個渡假村，後來因種種原因，要移師到其他地方。在一輪投票後，最終決定把聚會地點定於一所位於芭提雅（Pattaya）“歡迎裸族”（naturist friendly）的小型渡假村。雖然渡假村方面希望住客只在自己營舍及泳池範圍內全裸走動，但因入住的都是同好，很多時也會貪方便而四處裸著走動。
